These Terms apply to all services, sessions, classes, workshops, retreats, memberships, packages, and products offered by Rachel Okimo through atelier108.com and Atelier 108 Ltd (the "Studio"). By booking, purchasing, or participating in any offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Atelier 108 Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15077413, whose registered office is at 2 Meade Mews, London SW1P 4EG. All offerings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on our website and will supersede any previous versions.
By making a booking or purchase, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All services at Atelier 108 are payable in advance of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Single one-to-one sessions are charged at the time of booking. Session packages must be paid in full prior to commencement unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed.
2.1 Card on File
By providing card details at the time of booking or purchase, you authorise Atelier 108 to securely store your card on file and to charge this card in accordance with these Terms & Conditions for:
Where payment has not been received in advance of a scheduled session, Atelier 108 reserves the right to charge the card held on file for the full session fee. Confirmation of any charge will be issued by email.
2.2 Outstanding Balances
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where payment has not been received within this period, Atelier 108 reserves the right to charge the card held on file for the outstanding amount and/or suspend future bookings or memberships until the balance is settled.
2.3 Pricing
Session rates, package fees, and membership prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any changes will not affect sessions already paid for and confirmed.
3.1 Private One-to-One Sessions
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any one-to-one session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
Late arrival will result in a shortened session. Sessions will not run beyond the scheduled end time.
3.2 One-to-One Scheduling & Session Allocation
Membership-Based One-to-One Work
Clients on a one-to-one membership may choose to have a dedicated, allocated session time or times for the duration of their membership. This allocated time functions as a reserved session slot, held exclusively for the client.
If you are unable to attend your allocated session time, the standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Missed allocated sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Single One-to-One Sessions & Packages
Single one-to-one sessions and prepaid packages (including Enneagram sessions) can be booked up to 30 days in advance via the online booking system. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Package sessions must be used within the stated six (6) month expiry period.
Ongoing & Structured One-to-One Work (Including Enneagram)
Where one-to-one work forms part of an ongoing or structured process, a consistent day and time may be allocated for the duration of the agreed work. Allocated times are subject to availability and mutual agreement. Standard cancellation and expiry policies apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel attendance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
Workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. In such cases, you will be offered:

All retreats are subject to retreat-specific Terms & Conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking and form part of these Terms.
Retreats require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In such cases, all payments made to us will be refunded in full.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the retreat-specific Terms & Conditions.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, insurance, or any other costs booked independently.
6.1 Structure & Commitment
Memberships operate on a monthly rolling basis. A minimum commitment of three months applies. Following the initial three-month period, one month's written notice is required to cancel. This results in a minimum membership duration of four months.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
6.2 Membership Billing
Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the card held on file. By entering into a membership, you agree to automatic recurring payments in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
If a scheduled membership payment is unsuccessful, the membership may be automatically suspended or cancelled until payment is resolved. Future bookings may be restricted while a balance remains outstanding.
6.3 Session Allocation & Usage
Sessions included within a membership must be used within the active membership period. Where notice of cancellation has been given, any remaining sessions must be used before the end of the final billing period.
Sessions do not roll over beyond the membership end date unless explicitly agreed in writing. Unused sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or credited once the membership has ended.
All packages (including private session packages, Enneagram offerings, and similar services) must be paid in full in advance.
Packages have a six (6) month expiry from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions after the expiry date are forfeited and are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Sessions begin and end at the allocated times and will not run over. Sessions shortened due to late arrival are treated as attended.
Parking at Atelier 108 is available by request only and subject to availability. We are not responsible for parking fines, damage, or loss incurred while using nearby parking facilities.
Participation in all services is at your own risk.
You will be required to complete and sign a health and liability waiver before participating in any session, class, workshop, or retreat. For all one-to-one work, you are required to complete a detailed health and wellbeing questionnaire prior to your first session.
Failure to complete required forms may result in your session being postponed without refund.
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or changes to your health.
Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment unless explicitly stated.
All content, materials, practices, recordings, and resources shared are the intellectual property of Rachel Okimo and/or Atelier 108. Content may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where required by law. Personal belongings are brought into the Studio at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
